Will I receive CME credits for my participation?
Certification of the conference will be applied for. Your name badge includes a personal QR code. You must have this code scanned once a day to register your attendance and receive CME credits. Please wear your name badge visibly at all times. The credits for each day of the conference will be published on the website in due course. Your certificate of attendance will be available for download after the conference. The conference organizers will send you further details regarding this in due course.
In which language will the conference be held?
The official congress language is English. Please note that no translation will be provided.
Will there be a conference app?
No, a conference app is not planned.
How do I get my name badge?
After you have paid the registration fee, you will receive a mailing with your personal barcode a few days before the congress begins. You can use this barcode to conveniently print your name badge at the self-print stations in the registration area.
Is catering for the conference included in my participation fee?
Yes, refreshments are provided during coffee breaks and lunch breaks.
Is childcare offered?
Yes, there will be the option to book childcare for an additional fee. Further information will be provided in due course.
Is it possible to participate in the conference online?
No, the conference will only take place as an in-person event.
